Youth Leaders: Driving Ethical Values to Reshape Nations.
If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a good leader.
The challenge of leadership is to be strong, but not rude; be kind, but not weak; be bold but not bully; be thoughtful but not lazy; be humble but not timid; be proud but not arrogant; have humor but without folly. To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity. Keep your fears to yourself, but share your courage with others. The art of leadership is saying no, not yes. It is very easy to say yes
As a young leader, don’t assume, ask, be kind and tell the truth always. Don’t say anything you can’t stand behind fully. Have integrity. Tell people how you feel and everyone will be at peace
Our lives improve only when we take chances and the first and most difficult risk we can take is to be honest with ourselves. No guts, no story, you are the change for this world
